I can't believe that you don't have a couple of tomato plants! Even when I still lived in town, I planted a couple of plants, in pots on my patio. THAT's how I got the gardening bug! I still keep a couple of plants in pots, and keep them just outside my garage door. So when we start getting fall frosts, I pull them inside the garage for the night, thus having fresh tomatoes about a month longer than anyone else!  I luvs my maters! |
