I'm not going on a pro or anti-war rant here, it just seems logical to me that this should be paid the highest priority. this really freaks me out, do you remember seeing the movie "the day after"?, it is on t.v., but alot of schools played it in history class, well it is about a nuclear attack here & it's aftermath~ the 1st sequence in the movie is from the airforce base a mile from me~ it is one of the bases that bush traveled to on 9-11, the base is so close when airforce one flew over my house it seemed like a mere maybe 200-300ft if that, only above me, it was so surreal, anyways, this base still has nuclear weapons here~ they say they have minimalized it's what do you call it stockhold of weapons?, but 1 of the parents i watch kids for, for the past 10 yrs, who wrks underground at stratcom on base, said they still have all the weapons they had before & we would be one of the 1st bases to retaliate if a nuclear war ever happened here, that so freaks me out~ i watched a movie called pripypat (*sp) about the city around chernoble (now i know i spelled this wrong ), where they had their nuclear power plant accident~it is the most devestaing thing i have seen, all that radiation & what it is still doing there, very sad ~
