I was six - and I don't actually have any memories of the actual event - I didn't find out about it by watching - it was more word of mouth - everyone was talking about it. So sad.
Then several years later I did a report for a class on Christa Mcauliff - I must have been in third grade or so when I did that - I was MAJORLY into space and everything about it at that time....
I didn't realize today was the anniversary - you'd think that would have gotten more attention in the media
