Wrong forum? Forgive me if I don't see the point in preaching to the choir.
As for how much SYW sold and what made them "BIG F*cking stars" that has absolutely nothing to do with the point I was making. Christine is very talented and has a knack for writing radio-friendly pop songs. This fact is undeniable.
However, I'm not interested in how many records a band sells nor am I interested in radio-friendly pop songs. I have always favored a harder, more edgy style. Therefore, the change in the band's dynamic was a positive thing for me. I was simply stating how I feel about Christine's departure and did my best to give support to my opinion.
As for most of the people on this forum hating "Come" and "Murrow" I guess there
really is no accounting for taste.
