Not in Peru. The first time I watched it was several years after Tango. I even suspect it was produced circa the Chain boxset era. And I saw just part of it and never again. I was lucky to caught it on tv, I guess.
Sounds logical since broadcasted videos in Peru... the main source was MTV.
S.Wonders and Big Love. Those were popular videos (as Hold m & Gypsy, of course).
