It's a Taylor. He used a Chet Atkins nylon-string during the Out of the Cradle tour.
If I had to guess, I'd say he was playing a Martin in the original recording. But that's hard to say, unless he can remember and tells us. It might have been a Gibson.
There is a clip of Lindsey playing the song on a Martin. I believe that is from the Making of Rumours special.
