Even though the first few shows have already occurred, I'm SURE there are still some people on the boards who do NOT want to know spoiler info - or see spoilers in thread titles. Last time I checked, the sticky was still on the top of this forum.
To answer your question: The Red Rover banter was basically LB saying that he imagined there were Gods - not God, but Gods - up there - looking down on us (earth) and wondering how we'd screwed things up so bad and if it was time to pull the plug.
