Pollstar's gotta be reliable just in terms of basic data, unless there's a clerk somewhere tampering with the stats. (Maybe it happened in Florida.)
But there is an occasional inaccuracy in the Pollstar information, like saying Glenn Frey opened for Fleetwood Mac in Los Angeles. That was Dave Mason & Jim Crapulent. Also, many of the concert appearances themselves are missing from those Pollstar pages.
