Cuba has done nothing overtly to the US since the 1960's and Castro is at the end of the regime because of his age. Moreover, Castro never failed to carry his burden of demonstrating he had no WMD after he invaded a U.S. ally.

Conversely, Iraq invaded a U.S. ally in 1991. As part of the reparation for losing that war, SH agreed to demonstrate to the world that he had no more WMD and no conventional weapons that could be used for more aggression, which the WORLD agreed he had. For 11 years SH did not carry his burden. Finally, the UN said show us or else. Again, SH did not carry his burden.

Also, W is many bad things, but he is not imperialistic. If he was, he would be the emporer of Iraq instead of trying to put democracy there.
