Stevie's camp will never sign off on anything that doesn't make her the centerpiece of the entire movie and align with Stevie's version of the story. Given how skewed her version of reality is these days, it's almost a guaranteed to be a revisionist take that will conveniently leave out anything that makes her look anything less than a victimized saint.
Can't wait for the scenes of Prince playing on Stand Back and the two hanging out for months and months, becoming the "best friends" that they were. Or that pivotal scene where Tom Petty asks her to join the Heartbreakers.
