It sort of explains the photoshop and sort of cheezy album inserts. If they did not appear together it would be harder to photograph them together. So I guess the photographer did the best he could and then just photoshopped them in the same room. My favorite line is "All Stevie would do is lie on the floor" Seriously? Wake up you spoiled, entitled, wasted little queen!
I suppose this type of behavior revealed itself again during the Hold Me video. Another scenario where the band is never seen together in the video.
