I think Christine's voice suffered from the length of that 2014/2015 tour. When I saw her near the end of the Buckvie tour in Northfield OH (casino). She sounded great, maybe because there was a break between the two legs.
Her voice saw a drastic increase in activity from 2013-2019 and it wasn't exactly a gradual progression.
I'd be curious to see how she would sound if you asked her to sing songbird today. She very well might sound better than mid tour in 2019.
I suspect that her voice can't withstand the rigors of touring, not so much an actual decline or issue with her voice (besides natural aging)

Even in your prime, when you sing on tour it's grueling. Sometimes it's cold weather, or you have a cold, or you're just raw. Sometimes, you can't clear your throat all day. It's not easy by any stretch. I sang for a jazz group and by the end of the small tour I would go on vocal rest just for my sanity.
