I think your right, the British blues scene in the 6O’s was very much a male world, with very few women, Christine did more than just hold her own.
I think she calls a spade a spade and is very down to earth, straight talking.
It may be different in The USA,( you would see more of her)...but I’ve never thought of Stevie as a feminist, using your feminine charms to get your way, is not feminism...
