jmn3, I'm sure she's mistaken- she's talking about something that happened 40 years ago. Unlike a lot of fans here, the members of FM don't remember the specific days their albums were released, how many tour dates they performed on each tour, what order their singles were released, etc etc. They also don't read and re-read and re-read previous interviews, so of course there are contradictions. This response wasn't just to you, jmn3. A lot of comments surrounding her various interviews point out contradictions, lies, etc while I see each interview, whether it was from 1994 or 2020, as a time capsule of how she's feeling or what she's thinking at that time not as indisputable fact. Feelings and impressions change.
