sorry, fuzzy - but there are NUMEROUS errors in the lyrics you cited. just one simple example here: karl wirsum? it's the beach boys' carl wilson!
there are quite a lot of versions of the lyrics around, but none of 'em seem to be completely correct - and an official version hasn't surfaced yet.
btw - are lindsey and stevie the only dropped names of folks
still alive (haven't got the time to check 'em all out)?
