It also explains a bit more about what happened with that album. It's nothing I hadn't suspected, based on a call I had twenty years ago with John Courage and what Richard Dashut and Mick have said in recent years. (Dave's own fans basically said he was kind of an ass when I ran a Mason fanpage.)
