Jokes aside, to me wheat flakes taste briney.
I can't keep myself from sugars for breakfast because in Italy breakfast is usually sweet unlike other countries (see that old topic of Bella Donna about how we start our day) and also sugars are essential for those who have intense brain work in the morning.
