They've both just been SO vocal in interviews about this new material that I just couldn't imagine we won't hear any of it.
HOW we will hear it is the question. I just wish Stevie would officially comment on it (as I'm sure everyone else does). That would give us a better indication one way or the other.
(I happen to agree with you, by the way. I personally think most of Say You Will is really great music - the album is just a tad bloated.)
