I think she might have told him she didn't like his production and he might have told her he thought her songs sucked. Or vice versa. What a phone call that must have been. Yikes.

In some interview Stevie said that the sequence of the songs on SYW was one of the "topics" in the epic over the phone fight but there was probably more than just that.
