Well, not just "featured", Clapton co-wrote the song with Delaney & Bonnie.

But, no...as previously mentioned by ash1, "Coming Home" (WITH the "g"; as opposed to the D&B/EC tune that replaces the "g" with the apostrophe) in this case is one of Jeremy's Elmore James clones. (and, also not to be confused with the Bob Welch song of the same title that can be found on Heroes Are Hard To Find).
