Yes, it's more a year
later than he thought. Saying "too late" suggests something irretrievable has been forfeited -- but so does burning your bridges!
I laughed when he said there were some things that he cut with John OR Mick. Too many years have passed. He just doesn't know these guys apart anymore and they both have ponytails, which makes it even harder to distinguish.
Yeah, I know he probably played with Mick when John wasn't there, but . . .
