I've never received good customer service at a Wal-Mart, so I wouldn't buy gum there. I can't state that all Wal-Marts offer poor service, but I've had enough bad experiences to make me stay away forever. I know the staff pay is poor, but that's no excuse if you want my business, especially when you tout yourselves in the commercials as the place with the friendly & helpful staff.
