Just grilled some lobster tails with butter, lemon, & sauteed garlic and they far outshone my signature sauteed asparagus with lemon-butter (with a touch of spicy mustard). I've always boiled lobster in the past, and have been fairly unimpressed with the results. Grilling them made them unbelievable... restaurant quality and it took all of 5 minutes on the grill!
