YES! The Waterfront is nice as well.
I graduate between 14-16th December this year and there is the chance it will be an if it happens to be on the date of one of the gigs and in the evening then I can't go. Luckily they're unlikely to do an evening graduation on Friday 16th so I should be able to make the Belfast gig no problem.
