I just saw in a spanish review of SYW (I'll translate and post it one day) that What's the world coming to?, although appears signed by Buckingham& Raymond, is a version of a song from the band Dear Mr. President, which Julian Raymond was in. I found the following link that seems to confirm it,

Has Lindsey talked about this in any interview?
I also wonder why Lindsey appears in the songwriting if this is true (the article said: this is just how this business is)
