Asking for a favor....

I saw this clip on youtube and for me as a new FM fan I had not seen it before but it is old for the rest of you and therefor I would like to ask for a favor... I think it is funny but I have a hard time to hear what they are saying so is there any kind soul out there that could transcribe it for me? English not being my native language doesn't really help in this case :(
Here's the video...

If it makes you feel any better, my native language is English and I have no idea what they say :)

L: Hold on one second - welcome to earn while you learn. (Walks off to side stage)
S: (Laughs)
(Lindsey and Ray eventually come back and Ray plugs guitar back in, walks off.)
L: Ray...are you there? Everything ok?
S: (Laughs)
(Ray comes over)
L: It's probably gonna work. All right.
L: Actually, in defense of my longtime friend and associate who's last name actually is Lindsey - which is kind of weird, isn't it?
S: It is.
L: This is our first show and uh...(indecipherable)...that's a $50 fine.
S: (Laughs)
L: So much for the tender moment...
S: Back to being serious now. We're back to the moment - we're serious now.
L: Anyway...we're gonna see if we can pull this off. Ok...(Begins playing, guitar still out of tune)
S: (Hands on hips)
(Stevie and Lindsey stare down Ray and he comes to get the guitar)
S: Lindsey takes the guitar part serious, you are not just watching it on the floor...Lindsey (indecipherable)...
(Lindsey does sit ups and push ups)
S: (Laughs)...ah-ha! I did not know you could do that! I'm so proud of you.
(Lindsey goes to her on his knees, she helps him up)
S: This is not the first time Lindsey and I have stood on stage when equipment did not work. We started actually doing this about 1968 and many times we worked stages where nothing worked. And we work real hard now...(laughs and squeezes Lindsey's face; Lindsey goes back to his mic, gets guitar again)
L: Okay...
