also, according to her worshippers she's apparently now "reclaiming" what was never hers to begin with - too funny. she's not only black magic woman, now she sings GYOW verses too. because GYOW by the Fakewood was not bad enough as it was. :lol:

I have a whole post dedicated to tonight. but this needs it’s own. I started filming Stevie during Go Your Own Way because I was ready to write a caption along the lines of “41 years later, Lindsey Buckingham is gone, but Stevie still has to sing this song that hurts her so much every night.” — when I heard about this tour, and Lindsey’s departure, I immediately wanted Stevie to take over lead vocals as her way of reclaiming the song, and telling Lindsey to finally go his own goddamn way. and guess what she did for the second verse... you can hear my reaction as I LOST MY MIND.

This person is a moron (the IG poster). She's reclaiming the song (seriously?) because she's signing the second verse? I guess she's been reclaiming for years since at least as far back as 1990 she was singing along with Billy or Lindsey on the second verse. Hell, what would the IG genius say about the choruses from the Mirage Video??

She’s been doing that since 1987, sometime between Kansas City (Sept. 30) and Indianapolis (Oct. 5), when Billy was in the band, and they kept doing it that way when Bekka was in the band.

Completely unremarkable. Given the location, she probably did it because he was there and that's all there is to it.

Riiiiight. They've played the song at every single concert the band has done with Stevie present since 1977 and I'm sure it still stings so bad that "re-claiming" it would be very therapeutic for her :nod:

The remarkable part is how everything got settled and Lindsey started talking publicly about it within a week of the band playing the Forum on Azoff’s birthday...

It all sounds like some bad movie…
