Australian Promo Version Of In The Meantime

Does anyone here own a copy of this? For those that don't know, this is the only version of the album that features "Come Out And Play". It's not listed on the Discogs.com site and I'm curious what the label numbers are.

It is a great song. Don’t know why it was not included on either the Euro-American release or on the recent Songbird compilation. Either collection would have been stronger for its inclusion.
