Sunny Side Of Heaven

THE BAND
Mick Fleetwood
John McVie
Lindsey Buckingham
Stevie Nicks
Bob Welch
Billy Burnette
Rick Vito
Bekka Bramlett
-with-
Brett Tuggle
Taku Hirano

(With Bekka and Billy, they don't really need backing vocalists. With Rick, Billy, and Bob, they definitely don't need extra guitarists.)

Wow, your list has really put me in the mood to listen to some early-70's live Mac.

My dream setlist, in no particular order (actually, in alphabetical order, since that's how I'm browsing in iTunes)...

Albatross
Angel
Blue Letter - BRING BACK BLUE LETTER!!! One of my faves. So rollicking and country-rock.
Brown Eyes
Go Insane
Gold Dust Woman
Goodbye Baby
Hypnotized
I Don't Want To Know
I'm So Afraid
Love In Store - I think this song is an overlooked gem. I loved it live on the Mirage tour, and I think it would've been great on the Shaking the Cage tour.
Love Is Dangerous - One of the best songs on BTM.
Never Forget - as a show closer in lieu of Songbird. Beautiful song.
Oh Well (Billy Burnette)
Say Goodbye
Say You Love Me
SOTM
Station Man (!!!!!)
Storms (!!!!!)
That's Alright
The Chain
The Green Manalishi
Thoughts On A Grey Day ( jk.)
Why (! ! ! ! ! ! !)
World Turning (minus the vesturbation)

Steve, I like your band lineup, but I would add Christine to that list, also, even though I know there's no chance of her actually joining.

What I don't want to hear:

1) Dreams - Stevie's Dreams performances haven't impressed me since 76/77.
2) Rhiannon - needs to be put to rest. I love Rhiannon, but she just can't tear it up anymore the way that songs deserves to be.
3) Any solo Stevie. I actually thought Stand Back was great on LIB, but
4) Come
5) Silver Springs
6) Landslide
7) Any complaints about how much weight Stevie gains halfway through the tour.
8) Not That Funny - I HATE hearing Lindsey do this live.

I think I've gone on long enough ...

Hi guys..

I'm currently running a poll on Seven Wonders for the 2007 tour setlist. I was going to start one here as well, but the system only allows up to 10 options.

Here's the link to the poll if you would like to vote:

Well, I never thought the day would come, but I'm actually going to use the ignore feature. I mean, you contribute nothing meaningful to any of the discussions and have the apparent brain capacity of half dead dog.

I hear you on that. I'd love to have Christine in there, too. Hell, if I thought it could happen, I'd have the tour be Mick, John, Chris, Stevie, Lindsey, Peter, Bob, and Billy.

But, that's not going to happen. So, with that recent video of Mick playing with Billy and Rick, and with Bob Welch expressing some interest, I think it would be possible to get those guys back for a 40th tour. I doubt it would too hard to convince Bekka, as she's friends with Billy, Bob, and Rick.

While I agree that I could live a happy life without ever hearing those songs again, we ARE talking about Fleetwood Mac. We're going to hear them, and given the regularity of "Dreams," "Rhiannon," and "Landslide," I think they're appropriate for this type of tour. I guess I've just resigned myself to the fact that no matter how much I don't need to hear those songs, I'm going to.

Lindsey Jr. 08-14-2006 11:10 AM

Angel
Big love
Blue letter
Don't stop
Eyes of the world
Go your own way
Gold dust woman
Gypsy
I don't want to know
I know I'm not wrong
I'm so afraid
Landslide
Little lies (With LB singing Christine's part ;))
Never going back again
Peacekeeper
Rhiannon
Sara
Second hand news
Seven wonders
Shut us down
The chain
The ledge
Thrown down
Trouble
World turning

If they make a new album: 4-5 songs from it.

What I don't wanna hear:

Beautiful child
Come
Dreams
Murrow
Save me a place
Silver girl
Silver springs

Better than letting him bother you. It's painfully obvious that he's very needy & thrives on attention, good or bad.
