Yes I knew about that - but does it count as her and John weren't together at the time?

i thought they were together, just not very happily, like mick said john was very suspicious & stuff, so i thought they were

I've just re-read the bit in Mick's book that deals with this and he says "and at that point Chris decided she'd had enough. We were touring in San Francisco, playing the Oakland coliseum when the word went out that John and Christine were no longer occupying the same rooms in the hotel"

"Actually she'd been seeing our lighting director Curry Grant in secret whilst we were on the road. John suspected something was going on. He'd say to me 'He's doing her you know' (doing her - charming)

So that is obviously adultery but I don't know if Curry started "doing her" (horrible phrase) before or after she and John stopped sharing a room.

oh right, well im guessing he was, you know, "doing her" (lol  - yes it is lovely isn't it!) only cause of the way he says john suspected while they were "secretly" seeing each other on the road, so yea definently adultery

just my understanding of it all :)

I don't really know if it matters if Curry started "doing her" before or after they stopped sharing rooms. I believe Mick had mentioned that Chris & John were only "nominally" married at the time. It's certainly adultery because they were still technically married, but really it sounds like that at that time they were married in name only. By the way, Fleetwood Mac played in Oakland in early August 1975, so that's when they officially separated.

8. What is the funniest thing Chris has ever said onstage?

***I don't remember exactly WHAT she said, but I remember it was after Mick started "Think About Me" before anybody else in the band was ready at the last show of the Tusk tour.
First night at the Bowl, actually. It was after "Tusk," & Chris hadn't made her way back to her station, & Mick just kicked off the drum intro to "Think About Me." So she & Mick & John laughed & said some things. Try to make out what they say:

It's at the tail end of "Tusk." If we need a clearer audio, I can try to get one from my cassette.

I know of one Artsy Fartsy Fairy Queen who could knock back a few and kick ass because you should have paid the entire tab.

Yeah, whatever. Maybe that's why she slept with every musician in SoCal, to pay them back for all the drinks. At the risk of offending the large percentage of estrogen producing Ledgies, I shall abstain from further comment.:wavey:

I swear to god, the first words she says sound like, "Mick, f*ck you (inaudible)"
