Unable to obtain new tracks

I dont want to buy the whole 'This is 40' soundtrack, so does anyone know where I can purchase the 3 songs online?

I'd also like to buy Sleeping Around the Corner and the acoustic version of End Of Time, but these are limited to Amazon.com and Itunes respectively.

I'm not a fan of these exclusive tracks. Barenaked Ladies did this is a few years ago with exclusive tracks across 3 download sites - I felt a bit ripped off as a fan.
