To be fair, that video was taken from a guitar instruction video, however, I'm not really talking about the whole charisma thing. We all have our preferences in terms of performers. (Although, for me, Lindsey's psychobabble hurts any charisma he might have.) I work for a band that puts on one of the most electrifying shows in rock, so I find myself focusing more on Thompson's art and humor than his stage presence.

I'm just showing how a true artist is able to take the song back to its core and rework an accompaniment so that it can be done solo, without all of the karaoke BS, and still have some semblance of orchestration. Lindsey was able to do this in 1993 with "Big Love" and "Go Insane", but seems to be phoning it in these days, which isn't art, IMO.

This line-up never felt like "Fleetwood Mac" to me. This is however the best thing Stevie recorded with this line up and I'm thrilled to see a performance of it, mimed or not.

It didn't feel less like FM to me. It had Mick and the McVies. The current FM feels less like FM to me.
