I think that second place winners usually do better anyway. Except Justin Guarini.

Well, I usually start the American Idol thread, so I'm pissed and will not participate in the discussions.

Justin has more talent in his pinky finger than 99.9% of the people on AI.

Didn't say anything about his talent. He's actually pretty good. I was saying Clay has sold more then Reuben, and Fantasia sure as hell isn't winning any Golden Globes ( ). Justin really never got to that level.

Now, about the show. Embarassing much? These morons are awful? I heard so many exceptional voices in the first round and they were all sent home. This is what they saved for TV? Dang...

Oh, and what's with Randy being such a god awful prick. Actually, make that Randy AND Jewel.

Yeah, Randy was a d*ck tonight. It made me uncomfortable, the way he kept humiliating everyone, like that juggling kid. "Oh, you can dance too? Well, let's see it!"

On the other hand, wtf is wrong w/ some of these people who think they can really sing??

CelticGypsy 01-17-2007 12:13 AM

Not watching any American Idol shows yet this season. Our local cable company and local Fox network can't work out a deal so we haven't had Fox for a few months now:(

At least they are doing the auditions but that was always the best part of the show. Oh well, there's Youtube.com to see any new clips.
