Michele (& everybody), Billy news!
 

I found out that on September 17, 2002 a variouis artists album will be released called "Dressed in black: Tribute to Johnny Cash" and Billy was listed as one of the contributing artists (I think it's "Ring of fire" that he'll be doing on the album but I'm not completely sure yet).

Also, a Tanya Tucker DVD entitled "Video hits and more" will be released on 8/27/02 so I wonder if it will include her "Some kind of trouble" promotional music video (which we know Billy appeared in)? I'll try and find out more info on this but I just wanted to get it down here while I just found out about it. Hope that's of some help so far anyways!

Great to see you posting! Thanks so much for the Billy news! :D I know YOU'LL be at the record storeon 9/17!

Ironically, that would have been my grandpa's 91st birthday. :(

He is VERY VERY critical, and it will be only a matter of days before I get "the call". :distress: He is resting comfortably at least with the hospice people taking care of him. He has been through so much this past year, it's unbelievable. :( This has been a really tough year for me and my mom. Please say a prayer that when it happens, he'll go peacefully and painlessly.

So sorry to get off topic....thanks again for the Billy update. :)

I'm very sorry, I had no idea in that irony of 9/17 for you. I'll pray for you. I hope all is going well otherwise (or if not that there will be a good turn of furtunes coming your way very soon). Take care.

Hi John,

Just to update you, my grandpa passed away on July 24th. :distress: His funeral was this morning. I was just checking my e-mail tonight, as I have received numerous condolences from my e-friends.

I won't be posting for a while. At least I'm on vacation this week and next week so I can try to get myself in order before returning to work. :(
