LB's Holiday Plans

[I remember his mother-in-law was at the Soundstage taping. I wonder if Kristin has siblings, as well. ]

Here's an article about celebrity Christmas plans from Marilyn Beck and Stacy Smith:

http://webcenters.netscape.compuserv...=ce-main-1b-l1

Lindsey Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac - "I've got an eight-year-old son and two young daughters, so they pretty much make the holiday plans for us. We get grandma and grandpa out and do the traditional thing. My wife shops like crazy." So what does he want for Christmas? "Nothing I could talk about," he says with a laugh.

Viagra. At this point, frequently doing your stuff in the tall grass requires assistance.

Oh, but Will's age made me read the opening paragraph of the article and it was for the "New" Year of 2007, so I wonder if Lindsey got his unexpressed wish or not.

Regarding Will's birthday, it's odd to me that It Was You says their love was just in time in 1999. Seeing as how they'd already been together for a few years and had a toddler, if their love came in 1999, it seems like it was a little tardy, if anything. Maybe he just wrote it that way for the rhyme, but I can think of things that rhyme with 1997:

1997 our love was heaven . . .

1997 love in replevin . . .

1998 our love was just great . . .

Will is not eight, either.

He is going to be ten this July. Odd how Lindsey always refers to him as "eight years old". ;)

Yes, that's what made me go back to the column and check the date. It's a 2006 article, even though it came up in clippings just this week. I thought it was new, but it isn't.

Ha! Yeah, reminds me that my Dad used to ask me every year or two: "How old are you now? What grade are you in?" LOL!

I don't think my mother knows my age, but that's probably for her own preservation. You can't continue to claim to be 39 yourself when your daughter is 44. I only had a brother, so my mother never calls me by his name, but she calls me by her younger sister's name sometimes.

Actually though, I think Lindsey got Will's age right. Last year when Lindsey gave this comment to Marilyn Beck, Will was 8 and when he did the Q & A answers earlier this year, Will was 8 too.

KELLY! Where have you been? Good to see you around again. Hope that all is well.

As for that article, I wonder how much shopping Kristen actually does? Must be nice to go shopping with your hubby's funds.
