2016 Presidential Election (#3)

It's Official:

According to the AP, Hillary is the presumptive democratic nominee for POTUS. She has passed her required delegates to grab the nomination, because of the Puerto Rico primary.

Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, Gary Johnson, and Jill Stein will all be on the ballet.

We have now narrowed our three, debatable threads down to this one.... Who will win the presidency?

is worried about this? Thanks Matt Drudge.

Also Matt's friend Alex Jones.Also there is a Clinton movie at Cannes Film Festival that looks interesting .Also this book looks like a good read from Roger Stone.The Clintons' War on Women {By Roger Stone with Robert Morrow}

2016 Presidential Election/ Permenent Thread

Starting this thread so people have a place to share / post / debate whatever news articles / opinions /pictures or anything else relating to the 2016 election they feel like sharing WITHOUT having to worry about it (the thread) randomly being closed...

So these are some current issues..

Will Bernie continue his fight all the way to the convention?

Will the "Tell All" book coming out by the former Secret Service agent about Hillary have an impact on her viability as a candidate?

Will Hillary be indicted ?

Will Donald Trump calm down with his rhetoric and start to make some sense?

If Hillary is brought up on charges who will replace her as candidate?

How will Donald Trump hold up in the debates against Hillary...Or if she is removed, Bernie, Biden or whoever takes her place...

The thread is now open...GO!!!

Thats a good question. It got be looked up.

I hope Bernie will fight with her at the convention.Mr Trump more likely beat Bernie but he probably will have resistance with Mr Biden that if Hillary gets tossed out due to her issues.I think Mr Trump wont calm down or wimp out and be presidential as he said in an interview.

Bills brother has been arrested for DUI...I bet he's hopping Hillary will get elected so she can give him a pardon if he's convicted.

I heard that on the radio tonight.Or Obama gets him off.

Hillary may not to want to count her chicken before they're hatched...

Hillary has some 575 "Super Delegates" who can vote for whoever they feel like...If something truly scandalous happens before the convention and they flip and go with Bernie there's still an outside chance he could win...With polls showing Bernie having an easier time beating Trump than Clinton...

Bernie is still doing the math...If Hillary loses her "Super Delegates" right now and they go with Bernie he would be around 350 votes ahead of Clinton.

The way I had it was pretty organized... and if you read what I wrote, that was it! That was the last thread because now we know who will be on the ballet...

Please merge this thread with 2016 Presidential Election (#3)

There's been a thing going around saying that the last thing Obama will do as President will be to issue a Hillary a Presidential pardon and the first thing Hillary will do as President will be to issue a pardon to Obama.

I wonder if Senator Sanders will endorse Secretary Clinton.

Odds are very high that he will. Hillary Clinton ran her campaign against Barack Obama until the very end of the primary season in 2008, just like Bernie Sanders has done against her, yet Clinton did endorse Obama in the end. Not just that, she went on to work in his administration. The 2008 primary campaign was every bit as acrimonious as this one. Sanders will tow the party line. As a self proclaimed socialist and populist, he has little choice other than to unite behind the party & its nominee. Will he continue doing everything he can publicly and privately to push his agenda upon Clinton? I think that's a certainty.

To me, the more interesting question is what will happen to Sanders after the general election. I cannot foresee Clinton would chose him as her running mate. So will he just return to being a senator and sort of a party elder who tries to push the democrats leftward? Or will he be asked to be in a possible Clinton cabinet?
