It's possible it never happened. I think his version, which remained unreleased, eventually appeared on a rarities compilation he released.

Hi PenguinHead,
Yes this is essentially correct except that Bruce did initially release the song in 1985 as the B-Side to I'm Going Down.
I have always wanted to hear Stevie's take on it.
Here is the WIKI blurb on it.

The B-side of the single, "Janey, Don't You Lose Heart" is a mid-tempo out-take from the latter stages of the Born in the U.S.A. recording sessions. It has often been rumoured that the song was written for or about[citation needed] Fleetwood Mac vocalist Stevie Nicks, although neither Springsteen or Nicks have confirmed this. In 1985 E Street Band newcomer Nils Lofgren made his first recorded appearance with Springsteen, by overdubbing a backing vocal onto the 1983 track (and in doing so replacing those of Steven Van Zandt on the recording. The Van Zandt version also ran nearly a minute longer, with a long instrumental coda on the end that was later scrubbed from the official release). Many years later "Janey" would surface on the box set Tracks.

Solo Version? Wow I'd DIE to hear that

Not to be confused with B.B. King's song with Stevie & Mick. Chris' "Can't Get Enough" was written with Eddy Quintela, and was copyrighted in 1987.

When are these dated from

"(Before) I Lose My Mind" is from 1984, "On Our Own" is 1985, "Slow Down" is 1986, "Hooked" is 1990, "Man In White" is 1997, and all the rest are from 1987.

Meanwhile, scratch "We Were Lonely" from the list. I forgot that one is on Todd Sharp's album 'Who Am I.'

Yesterday Javier Pacheco posted this on youtube:

Live recording at Aragon High School (San Mateo, 1969) by the band Fritz, with Javier Pacheco (clavinet & B-3 organ) on vocals, Lindsey Buckingham (bass) second vocal, with Stevie Nicks (tamborine), Brian Kane (lead guitar), and Bob Aguirre (drums).

Existentialist
(Javier Pacheco)

Don’t pay no dues to community
I won’t waste my dimes on charities
I can leave, I can leave well-enough alone
and I don’t need anyone else’s bones
Just tryin’ to be me and avoid
anything, anything that might collide
trying to reach the high and mighty VOID
you can ask me later,
“Who am I?”

I’m the Axis
Existential
Axis Existentialist
Axis Pisces Existential
Axis Existentialist!

I believe there’s an end to the crime--
said I believe there’s an end to the crime of delinquency
clear out all the jails and let them all go free
teach ‘em how to love, teach not to hate their humanity
but don’t push your damned revelation traps on me

Cuz I’m trying to be me and avoid
anything, anything that might collide
trying to reach the high and mighty VOID
you can ask me later,

Yeah, it's true, but I consider myself satisfied anyway!

The 1991 re-recording of "Silver Springs"

She never re-recorded the song. She wanted the 1976 version for TimeSpace. Mick said no, because Warner Bros. Wanted it to be one of the highlights of the upcoming box set. The reason given as to why she couldn't haveit was because the RECORDING is a Fleetwood Mac song, not a Stevie solo track.
People get recordings and publishing confused. Sony, Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney own the Beatles publishing, Capitol records owns the recordings. If you retain publishing rights you get paid whenever someone records your songs. The label you recorded for usually, not always, maintains the master tapes and can do with them whatever they want, release endless best of's, put them on soundtracks etc.

These Fritz recordings are appreciated, thanks! It really gives us a sense of where SN/LB were at that time. You can hear Mamas and the Papas in their vocals, even with all of the acid-rock musical backdrop. Javier's sings, though well made, do not fit their sound very easily. Stevie sounds more at home than Lindsey does.

Most of these were Eddy Quintela co-writes.

How is this information (song titles) obtained? Are theses credible sources?

In which years were the Eddy Quintela songs registered? I assume that many of these songs/titles have been written, but not necessarily recorded, or exist demo form.

I don't know where the original poster Johnny Stew took these from.
Most (though not all) are copyright registered through BMI (originally in the early 1990's I think);

Hooked is written with Billy Burnette

I'd guess the Eddy Quintela songs probably reached various different stages of completion.
