Buckingham/Nicks
 How may of you Ledgies out there have an original copy of
Buckingham/Nicks? I do! |
I had the original album and an 8-track tape. My mom threw them out many years ago when I moved out. Little did I know what they would go for on ebay now. Now I have the import cd that I listed to all of the time. Absolutely love this album.

two copies:
one gatefold one non-gatefold (what is the correct term?) they're both in pretty fabulous shape, i arbitrarily deemed one less perfect than the other and it's the one that gets played. |
Count me in. I have the original LP. Funny thing about this--I've run across many of these LP's in Austin. And even more funny: I found one of the few at a now defunct, independently owned punk record store .

I have the original gatefold. :)

I have TWO gatefolds! The first one, which I got in 1989, set me back $20. Two years later, I saw another at a Half Priced Books for $4! Two copies for $24. Not bad!

40 cents?!?!
Woah.
I have a gatefold I bought on Ebay for 25 bucks. Got it signed by THE MAN in London. :) |
I have one of each. Got one for $35 in a Philly record store...can't recall where I got the other one....

I very proudly have an original gatefold - found it at a rock collectibles conference in Montreal about 15 years ago. My heart literally skipped a beat when I found it (I'd been searching for two years - pre internet!!). I wouldn't sell it for anything.

I have a gatefold that I got at a record store back in 78. I also did have an 8-track but that broke not long after I got it.

It was at a store for secondhand furniture and clothes. |
