A Fleetwood Mac fairytale (Past Life)

Once upon a time, in the kingdom of Wales, lived a queen named Rhiannon and her faithful ladies in waiting. All her ladies in waiting were of different ages and all were treated kindly by their queen.
But the youngest, a beautiful seventeen year old named Stephanie, was the one that Rhiannon favored amongst all the rest, cherishing her as her own. The queen simply adored hearing the child sing for her, for Stephanie had the voice of an angel. But above all, young Stephanie was humble, gracious, and gentle.
"Someday child," the queen had said to her, "You shall be a queen! For never have I known a maiden whose heart was as pure and beautiful as her tune!"
At this, the other ladies in waiting grew terribly jealous.
"She is the youngest yet the queen clearly favors her above us," they'd say.
Eventually the women's jealousy flared and they plotted how to be rid of the girl.
One night, Stephanie was walking to her bed chamber when she heard the ladies speaking of their plans. Terrified, Stephanie ran away from the castle with no idea where she was running off to.
Stephanie ran as fast as her legs could carry her until she collapsed from exhuastion. Alone and scared, she began to weep.
That is until she heard the tune of a familiar song being sang in the distance. Pushing away the tall grass, she saw a young boy sitting on a rock near a stream as he sang and played his lute.

And I will leave the rest of this tale up to you my friends. I have my own finishing to all this, but I'm curious to see what everyone else has too. Have fun!

Too bad Hans Conried has passed...this would be a great start for a "Fractured Fairy Tale" during the Rocky & Bullwinkle Show.

(I mean that in a GOOD way!)

Thank you so much! It was something I sorta came up with after listening intently to the lyrics of "Destiny Rules." This is really just a rough draft though. Eventually I'll put together the final piece called "The past life of Buckingham/Nicks." It will be tragic though, just warning you.
Until then I've got a short funny sleeping beauty parody that I'm gonna put over in the Stevie Nicks thread;)
