When did Peter Green start playing with a wah wah?

Earliest example I can find is Hannover March 18 1970 during "Jenny Jenny".

you have to go back in time more than a year for sure, dino - in a rush i'd say january 1969 on the "biggest thing since colossus" album. maybe there's the odd live appearance where he used a wah pedal before, but this is my 2 cents on this matter so far.

He used a wah wah on the Otis Spann album? Wow, I have to check. Thanks.

My recollection is that he used wahwah during the Manalishi extended jam where he played his Fender VI bass (IE wahwah pedal with the bass) April !970 Lyceum Ballroom Not the earliest, but possibly interesting to know he used it on this instrument I don't recall him using it with straight guitar that night! Do recordings exist of him using the Fender VI with a wahwah pedal ?(However please note, that until reminded I completely forgot Nick Picket , violinist played in Peter Green and friends that night until reminded about it after I posted about that concert !)

at least the 1970 bbc concert version from the 2nd disc of the "show biz blues" album springs to mind.
