Irvine 1997
 

I was just wondering if anyone has the Irvine Fleetwood Mac show from 97 and, if so, they would be willing to do a 2-blanks-for-one-recorded-cd trade with me. I was at that show and would really like to have a souvenir.

i'd like to hear what you think of it as well. i was there and it was the first Fleetwood Mac show that actually disappointed me. awful sound and generally lackluster performance from where i was...

I'm gonna have to go through my old ticket stubs to see which night I went to. I have no idea at this point. I remember that it was a very good show, though.

Stevie in San Diego last year was good too, but I was very disappointed that she did the really short version of her show. People who went to one of the first shows are lucky in that they got more music.

Was the date of the show 10/17/97 for Irvine Meadows show you are seeking? This show was recorded and released for radio airplay...It's known as "Dancing Again", I have this show (Listed on my "Mac Live" page) and can help you with a "2:1" trade...

I never knew which night the radio broadcast was from because they never announced it on the radio.

I can't remember which night it was that I went to. I'm thinking it would have been the first night announced since I would have been buying my tix right away after they went on sale.

I don't know which night of the tour was recorded but I'd highly recd Dancing Again. It's one of my favorites and I play it more than the Dance cd.

Does anyone know if there was a boot floating around that had the entire show?

Also...is there a chance that Westwood One will do this for the SYW shows?
