Wow!! You traveled a lot more than us. We mostly stick to SoCal and occasionally branch out to Vegas. We won tickets to the taping in Boston, but couldn't make the travel arrangements happen.

Proposed? As in marriage? If so how awesome, congratulations! :woohoo::woohoo:

Was SYW Lindsey as attractive in person as he was in video/pictures?

Yes, I proposed to my wife, Kim, on stage right in front of Mick. It was a total surprise to both of them. Mick was super gracious. His people even took extra photos of it for me.

Lindsey was very handsome (even though he was in a tshirt, sweatpants and socks.) I remember his eyes being a really pretty blue. He was totally cool too.

That's cool, although I'm not sure I could propose in front of someone in the band who made the most legendary break-up album of all time.

Rumours tour 77 Melbourne Australia
Rockarena outdoor concert
Front row on Lindsey's side
Cost: i think around $8.00, only had 5 bucks on me so we managed to sneak in just as the Hells Angels arrived.. Free

Unleashed Tour 09 Brisbane Australia
Cost: $360
Technically 4th row, 3rd song in leaning on stage just left from Stevie's mic. I gave her a bunch of flowers, sorry long story!! They were passed through the crowd from somewhere way back, by the time they reached me at the stage they looked like they'd been run over by a bus:eek: I was kinda embarrassed to even give them to her, but thought what the heck. Finally at the very end she came over, collected them and said thank you.. The funny thing, when she stood up all the people in the floor seats all started cheering, whistling etc so she realized they had traveled from back there.. she raised them above her head..

2013 show canceled due to J Mc's illness, had 4th row ticket (middle section)

On With The Show 2015? Brisbane 1st and 2nd show.
Crappy seats, end row 7 and 21 needed binoculars  never again
Cost: $360 (ripped off with section 21 Rumours package ticket)

It was unreal, 16 yrs old and a big fan in 77.. no drivers license so we walked for miles and miles, taking us more than a half a day to get there & during summertime HOT!!.. But well worth it:thumbsup: All i remember at the end of their concert, was that i hoped and prayed that this amazing band will stay together for ever, not break up like some of the other bands at the time..

It was their first time playing in Australia, the crowd responded from the get go, the atmosphere was incredible!! After the first song, Stevie lent forward over the stage and said something along the lines of, there's a nice smell in the air :) due to all the joints being passed around close to the stage, i didn't resist my first toke or 2...

Lindsey rocked the guitar, broke a couple of strings during GYOW but continued on till the end.. Stevie spinning around dancing in the back ground,
like a woman possessed, during Rhiannon or GDW..

i remember feeling a bit annoyed when she kept on disappearing off stage, and wondered why!!

I've told this story before, being young and curious i ventured back stage near the end of Santana's set, i walked through a little gate and poked my head inside a pretty big marque tent, my intentions were to go over and say hello to Stevie and Christine.. I scanned the tent and noticed them in a quiet corner talking and laughing with glass of wine in hand, Lindsey half sitting on a table in front of them beer in hand looking not so happy at the 2 girls... I chickened out, feeling very out of place as there were a few other band members who played earlier on in the day, the big table in the middle was full of food and booze the air inside was full of pot smoke.. I left feeling happy to say the least, then ventured back to join my friends at the front of the stage, they asked where have you been? lol, not long afterwards they hit the stage!!! :blob1::thumbsup: :) Sorry for rambling..

Say You Will Tour, Oklahoma City 7/1/03

My first real concert, I was 12, was visiting family for the summer. I had been obsessed w the mac from my earliest memories as a 3 year old, forcing my mom to play them all the time. I even threw a fit in a Los Angeles Target on vacation when The Dance came out because they were sold out of the CD and my parents didn't want to buy the cassette:laugh:

Stevie Nicks - Crystal Visions Tour, Oklahoma City 5/30/07

Lindsey Buckingham - Gift of Scews- Brady Theatre, Tulsa, OK 9/26/08

Unleashed - Staples Center, Los Angeles 5/28/09

High school graduation gift from my mom! Very special show- my mom was in the middle of chemo for breast cancer when I saw them on the SYW tour and could not take me, so I went w a cousin. Well, six years later, she's beat it and I finally got to see the Mac w the person who's responsible for my obsession! And with Storms in the set, one of my mom's favs... best concert ever!!

So special that I ended up blowing more graduation money from relatives, hopping on a train to see them again three days later in San Diego! 5/31/09

Stevie Nicks - In Your Dreams Grand Prairie, TX 8/12/11

Lindsey Buckingham, One Man Show Tour- Oklahoma City 11/03/2012

One of the greatest nights of my life. This was one of the most intimate concerts he's ever played, there were maybe 100 of us in there, and my mom surprised me w the meet & greet pass. I ended up having to go to the bathroom and being the last in line, definitely chatted w him longer than anyone else, told him how many of my peers in various music scenes saw him as an underrated hero in classic rock, and how I can hear his influences with many modern groups, across the board of genres. I even got a zinger in there about understanding band frustrations, as I'm in one w my twin brother - he said something like "with your twin brother, that's gotta get pretty hairy." I replied w "just as I'm sure it is with an ex" got my parents vinyl copy of Tusk from '79 signed, and a picture thats worthless cause it was so dark and whoever took it failed to tell me, I didn't look at it in the adrenaline rush of leaving there :( but that memory will never fade!

Fleetwood Mac Live - Tulsa, OK 5/1/13

First show after Extended Play came out! Took a cousin to her first Mac show, so fun listening to those four songs for the first time on the drive from OKC to Tulsa.

On With The Show - Oklahoma City, OK 4/17/15

They had cancelled this show, I had been waiting my whole life to see Christine come back, never in a million years thought it would happen (I used to lift my feet up when we'd drive over railroad tracks and wish she would re-join!)
Was so worried they wouldn't reschedule, but they did! Was bummed Seven Wonders had been dropped by then, but what a fantastic show. Finally got to hear Everywhere live!

Attending BuckVie @ Chateau St Michelle Winery in WA, and in Tulsa!

Frankenstein 06-21-2017 12:59 PM

FM Live, Atlanta 6-10-2013, the show was in my area and happened to be on my 20th birthday so I had to go
Buckingham McVie, Atlanta 6-21-2017 :D

I'm not the person you asked, but I met him twice during the Out of the Cradle period and he was nothing but gracious. The first time was after a performance on a morning show or something in NYC when he was leaving the studio. He signed my Buckingham Nicks album and took a pic with me. I remember saying something like "it's so good to see you, Lindsey," and he thanked me and said, "It's good to be seen!" which made me laugh. The second time was after a show in Bearsville, NY (near Woodstock) and he he signed a promo poster for me. He was more rushed that time and didn't get to hang out more than a few minutes.

This is the coolest thing ever! This was the show that I missed as I was too young and I was just getting into them. This ad brings back so many memories. Thanks for sharing!

was just looking into my show numbers since people are trying to give me hard time for not being interested in another FM greatest hits tour (considering i've seen 16 of those shows so far, can you blame me??).

adding BuckVie shows - i've been to 6 so far, and planning for 5 more... and, i've been to 20 Lindsey solo shows so far.

all together, 47 LB/FM/BM shows when this year is done, if all goes as planned.
