1979 NME interview - has anyone seen this?

Martin Celmins writes about this interview with Steve Clarke in NME in '79. I've never read it - just wondering if anyone here knows anything more about it.

Is that the interview with a picture of Peter looking not very well, that Jet mentioned in his book?

Yes, that's the one.

I'm afraid I haven't read it, but I know I've read more about it and what it was like somewhere else than in Jet's book. I'll see if I find out where it was, I think it was in some sort of article on Peter...

Thanks for the link, Mari, but it doesn't look like that's the one. There's another interesting interview with Peter from 1983 on the Legacy site, though:

No, it's a different one.

I do have it in my Greeny collection. Peter did the interview in a London hotel and Peter Vernon-Kell (owner of the Pvk label) was with him.

It was around the time the "In The Skies" album came out.By that time Peter had already put on weight and actually he wasn't really together, to be honest.

If I will find the time I will post the interview on the Ledge, but it's quite a long one!

Mario.
