hippilil86: White Oleander is my favorite book ever. I introduced our fellow Ledgie Marissa to it and I got her obsessed, too. Janet Fitch is absolutely mindblowing.

White Oleander is AMAZING.

-I have a god-daughter named Astrid. (her mom loves the book as well.)

I just love it! The music is great, and the story just feels so real to me. It may be 6 people sitting around talking for 2 hours, but to me, it feels like real life.

I thought long and hard about putting Emmylou on my list but Alison Krauss took her spot. I love Emmy though! Can't believe you've put Quarter Moon... on, that's my fave Emmylou album!
