"Silver Springs" demo/alternate?

You guys seem to be outrageously helpful about things like this, so I figured I would ask you about it :)

About a year ago, my computer crashed and with it, I lost ALL of my music. I've recovered most of my important files but I am desperately missing a version of "Silver Springs" that I had. If I remember correctly, it was all piano, slow, and very haunting all the way through.

Also, does anyone have the "Blue Lamp" master when for the first half of it, Stevie's just screwing around? She starts reciting the beginning lyrics to "Blue Lamp" in an accent.

Thank you!

No takers? Dang it, I can't find anybody with either of these...

Haven't heard that Blue Lamp one, although I think there might be a few SS demos in this thread.

Thank you! I'll see if I can somehow find the one I'm thinking of. I'm starting to worry that John Kinney sent it to me and it's therefore gone forever unless I call him up again and get it from him... hmmm.

Ooh that wasn't the version I was thinking of, but it sure is beautiful-- such raw harmony suits the song well.

The one I'm trying to find sounds like it was recorded when Stevie was sitting by herself at a piano messing around with the melody one night. She changed the "time cast a spell on you..." part dramatically at times. It was just so so raw and I adored it. Hopefully, I did get it from John and I could ask him for it again. We'll see.

Thank you so much for that version!
