I really became active in The Ledge back in 2009 and stayed pretty active for a while and now I mostly just lurk. However, I found myself in an old thread today and it dawned on me that 2009 was TEN YEARS ago! How time flies!

Today I am cigarette free for 19 years. I have now matched the nineteen years I was a smoker. So glad to be rid of that B.S.

Today I am cigarette free for 20 years!!! Woo hoo!! I smoked for nineteen years and have now surpassed that. And I did it 'cold turkey', without the help of patches and the like.

It looks like this has become my personal thread LOL
