Blue Again DVD - 2-song preview

On the 429Records site there's a video of the Mick Fleetwood Blues Band doing Fleetwood Boogie and Oh Well, presumably from the brand new DVD.

Amazon says mine has shipped....:blob2:

Just bought my copy today and of course watched it straight away! What can I say other than "absolutely brilliant!". Of course I'm a big Rick Vito fan so maybe I am a bit biased...

Anyone watched it yet?

I got it!

Well, I didn't get the DVD with it, just got the CD. I was in a new Barnes & Noble (this past Saturday) that just opened a few months ago in my state here. I always go through the Fleetwood Mac music, & it was there, just one! :blob1: I played it in the car going back home. And I like it. And I don't know why, but this Barnes & Noble had more DVDs than CDs which I didn't like. I hardly ever buy DVDs.

Lee :)

My long-winded review is in the "Squeeze Me Christie" thread. I whole-heartedly agree with Chris's assesment: "absolutely brilliant!"

Lee -- Cool that you found the CD at B&N. :) That CD was recorded back in Feb. 2008, in St. Louis. I kept thinking the 'companion DVD' was going to be from the same show, but this DVD turned out to be a performance in London some 8 months later. The songs are a bit different, and the band's sounding even better by this time.

I think my favorite performance on the DVD currently is "Lucky Devil" -- they're all obviously having a lot of fun, and Mick's quite animated, if you can imagine that.....:D

I'm on my second run-through now while going back & forth to work. I don't know. I'm kind of partial to Fleetwood Boogie. I don't know why. I'll bet Mick is real animated on this one.

Lee :)
