Geraint Watkins:
Played with Macca, Knopfler, Nick Lowe, Rory Gallagher, Dr. Feelgood, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Carl Perkins, Van Morrison, Bill Wyman, Dave Edmunds and Shakin Stevens. Last solo studio album: In A Bad Mood (2008). http://www.myspace.com/geraintwatkins Matt Radford: Played with Nick Lowe together with Geraint Watkins. I guess these will do more than backing vocals .. probably sing a few of their own songs. |

Peter Green in Paradiso
Just bought my tickets today (me and the missus). I'll let you know if it was any good.:wavey:

Great Vouter!
Just got a bulletin from my friend in Amsterdam that she has got tickets as well. Now I just need the planeticket. At least there will be two well-meaning supportive people in the audience - if it turns out to be "a not so good night" - as described on that other thread. As I have been going on about a few months ago, I last saw PG with Splintergroup in september 2002 and that was on a good night. No matter what - whats happening is exciting - I thought he might have retired for good (but at least he wasn't playing golf - (hope I don't insult anyone now)). Ms Moose :] |
Someone with a recorder going?:)

I'm keeping my fingers crossed, Wouter! ;)

Great Wouter, I keep mine crossed too!

Just found out that maybe there's a chance there will be a video recording of the show. If so it can later be watched at:
http://www.fabchannel.com/nl Apparrantly it will not be live, so I have my doubts. Take a look at the site right now (I just finished watching Bettye Lavette) to see if you can understand the Dutch instructions. Although it seems rather obvious. :) |
