I was hoping for more since last time they had said "Keep your eyes open on full performance releases for 2015!" but I guess they couldn't do more without waiting for another ten years to clear the copyright issues. However I'll be happy with whatever little footage they have for us, it's still better than nothing. |
I had also asked about the full sets and here's their reply:
US Festival 1982: The US Generation Documentary well, two things, Julia - first the documentary film is "the story" of the US Festival, of which music is a huge part, but not the only part. As a documentary, it's not a concert film. Second, all the legal stuff that got resolved allowing us to post again because we know it's finally happening - there have been some changes here as a result, all good ones. That means that some of the older posts are not coming from the same voice. But hang in there - more to come soon - including info about the full music sets. |
SisterNightroad, thank you so much for all the info and for inquiring so much. I know I'll be thanking you when this finally comes out.

Does anyone know who the "percussionist" is?

Any guesses on what we'll see from Fleetwood Mac in this documentary? I'm still waiting on more info, but assuming there will be at least three videos of them, my guesses are: Go Your Own Way, Dreams or Rhiannon, and You Make Loving Fun. If there's only one video of Fleetwood Mac my guesses are: The Chain and Don't Stop.

I was hoping we would get an update soon. I really hope we get some good Fleetwood Mac videos, preferably of the songs that got cut from the HBO show.
