"All Over Again" in Concert

Any thoughts on the decision to end the concerts with "All Over Again?" Especially as a first-time duet between Chris and Stevie? Btw, I certainly wasn't crazy about the "Time" album, but have totally loved this song since the LP was released.

[Intro]
Well it's time to say goodnight
And finally turn out the light
How do I say in some simple way
How much you have been on my mind

[Verse 1]
But I have to let you go
It's time to move on, don't you know
But you can rely on a love that won't die
For haven't I told you so

[Chorus]
So let's stop before it's too late
And leave it all up to the fates
Because in spite of the heartaches
And troubles in love
I'd do it all over
Do it all over again

[Verse 2]
Each of us and everyone
Carries a burden of love
But as far as I go in my heart I know
It's you I'll be thinking of
So what is there left to say
As I see us drifting away
You can always depend on a love that won't end
Won't you think of me, think of me that way

[Chorus]

[Verse 3]
Well it's it's time to move on to the rain
And finally break the chain
In spite of the heartaches
And troubles in love
I'd do it all over (do it all over)
Do it all over again
Stop before it's too late

[Outro]
Because in spite of the heartaches
And troubles in love
I'd do it all over (do it all over)
I'd do it all over again

I think it's a great addition to the set for several reasons:

- I was sick of Songbird.
- I love that the final song of the evening has the whole band on stage.
- I love that it's from an album that is obscure and was recorded without Lindsey and Stevie- it almost seems like it's full circle.
- Lyrically, it has a deeper meaning and applies to what's going on with FM now.

YES. To all of the above.:xoxo: Plus I have always wanted to hear SN & CM singing a duet together.

Yeah, I was really tired of hearing Christine playing that at the end of the show in 2003/4, 2009 and 2013...

Christine can't sing "songbird" as her voice is so fragile now. It was sounding tinny and off key. No disrespect

Agreed- singing All Over Again as a duet was a really beautiful thing. That was also why I loved Don't Dream It's Over, too. And the video from I Got You was fun, too. And seeing Christine and Stevie sharing the middle of the stage was wonderful, away from the keyboards.

Also kind of cool seeing Neil playing keyboard.
